This Terms of Service was prepared based on how MVP Learners currently operates. It is not a substitute for legal advice — MVP Learners should have it reviewed by a licensed attorney familiar with Florida and federal law before relying on it as final.

By using this website, submitting the tutoring interest form, or purchasing a tutoring session or package from MVP Learners ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
MVP Learners provides one-on-one SAT Math tutoring, delivered online through Google Meet. Tutoring content and pacing are tailored to each student, and sessions can be purchased individually or as a package.
To get started, you submit the tutoring interest form on our Tutoring page. Payment for individual sessions and packages is collected through Stripe before the lesson begins.
If you need to reschedule a session, contact us directly and we will work with you to find a new time. Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All tutoring lessons are non-refundable once purchased. This applies to both individual lessons and lesson packages, regardless of whether the lesson(s) have been used. If you're unable to attend a session, please see the Rescheduling section above.
While we're committed to helping every student improve, we cannot guarantee any specific SAT Math score, score increase, or admissions outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including a student's individual effort and starting point.
Our tutoring services are intended for students preparing for the SAT, some of whom may be under 18. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf, and is responsible for booking sessions and payment.
You agree to use this website and our services respectfully and lawfully, and not to misuse, copy, or redistribute our materials, videos, or other content without permission.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, and linked videos — belongs to MVP Learners or its respective owners (such as YouTube video content) and may not be reproduced without permission.
This website and our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVP Learners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our tutoring services.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
