Overview

MVP Learners ("we," "us," or "our") provides SAT Math tutoring services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using this website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

The only personal information we collect directly is what you choose to give us. If you fill out the tutoring interest form on our Tutoring page, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number

We do not collect this information anywhere else on the site, and we do not ask for it unless you submit that form. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of our own, and we do not have user accounts or logins.

If you purchase a tutoring session or package, payment is collected through Stripe. Stripe processes your payment details (such as card information and billing information) directly — we do not store your full payment card details ourselves, though we may receive limited information from Stripe (such as your name, email, and confirmation that payment was made) to fulfill your order.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your interest in tutoring and follow up with you.
• To schedule and communicate with you about tutoring sessions.
• To maintain records related to our tutoring services.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

• Service providers. The tutoring interest form is hosted by Tally (Tally.so), a third-party form provider, which processes and stores form submissions on our behalf so we can view and respond to them. Tally's own privacy policy governs how it handles that data.
• Payment processing. Payment for tutoring sessions and packages is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how it collects and handles your payment information.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MVP Learners or others.

Embedded Content & Third-Party Services

This website loads a small number of third-party services to function. These services may independently collect technical or usage data (such as your IP address) according to their own privacy policies, separately from the information described above:

• Google Fonts — used to load the site's typefaces from Google's servers.
• YouTube — used to embed videos directly on some pages. Playing an embedded video may allow YouTube/Google to set cookies and collect viewing data.
• Tally — used to power the tutoring interest form, as described above.

Some pages also link out to Skool, a separate website that hosts our free community. Skool's own privacy policy applies once you leave our site.

Data Retention

We keep the information submitted through the tutoring interest form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain records of our tutoring services, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This website and our tutoring services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through the tutoring interest form or otherwise. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. We will honor reasonable requests to the extent required by applicable law.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
